These heavy-duty waterproof document holders provide reusable protection for equipment manuals, maintenance records, inspection reports, calibration documents, checklists, and other important paperwork.
Made in the USA from durable 8 mil clear vinyl, each holder features a resealable press-lock closure with a highly visible red line that makes the sealing area easy to locate. The transparent construction keeps enclosed paperwork visible and allows documents to be removed, updated, and reinserted as needed.
The generous 11" x 14" format accommodates larger documents, service instructions, diagrams, and multiple sheets without requiring the use of oversized folders or bulky protective containers.
Unlike lightweight disposable plastic bags, these heavy-duty vinyl holders are designed for repeated handling and reuse in manufacturing facilities, maintenance departments, warehouses, marine environments, and outdoor operations.

Using Your Waterproof Document Holder
Insert documents through the press-lock opening, making sure papers and other contents do not interfere with the sealing surfaces. Carefully press the closure together along its full length to create a continuous seal.
Keep the closure clean and free of dust, grit, moisture, and other debris. When replacing documents, inspect the sealing area before reclosing the holder. Avoid overfilling or squeezing the pocket in ways that could compromise the seal.
For outdoor applications, avoid prolonged standing water against the closure. These holders are designed for rain and splash protection, not underwater immersion.
