These heavy-duty waterproof vinyl document holders provide reusable protection for shop paperwork, maintenance records, inspection forms, equipment manuals, checklists, and other important documents used in manufacturing, warehousing, marine, and outdoor work environments.
Made in the USA from durable 8 mil clear vinyl, each holder features heat-welded edges, a resealable red-line press-lock closure, and a top-center 0.25" brass hanging eyelet mounted in a reinforced double-thickness header.
The brass eyelet provides a convenient hanging point for suitable hooks, pegs, racks, carts, and equipment. The transparent vinyl allows paperwork to remain readable while the reusable press-lock closure permits documents to be removed, updated, and reinserted.
The 9" x 12" insert capacity accommodates standard 8.5" x 11" letter-size documents with additional room, making it especially useful for work orders, maintenance checklists, inspection sheets, and posted operating instructions.
Unlike lightweight disposable plastic bags, these heavy-duty holders are designed for repeated handling and reuse in demanding workplace environments.

Red-Line Waterproof Press-Lock Closure
The resealable red-line press-lock closure helps protect enclosed paperwork from rain, splashes, and dirt. The visible red marking makes the seal easy to locate when opening, inspecting, and resealing the document holder.
Using & Hanging Your Document Holder
Insert paperwork through the press-lock opening, keeping documents clear of the sealing surfaces. Press the closure together along its full length and check that it is continuously engaged.
Hang the holder upright using the reinforced brass eyelet and a suitable hook, peg, or other support. Choose mounting hardware appropriate for the contents and avoid excessive pulling, sharp edges, or conditions that could damage the hanging point.
Keep the closure free of dust, grit, moisture, and debris. Inspect the seal when replacing documents. Avoid overfilling or squeezing the holder in ways that could force water past the closure.
For outdoor use, minimize prolonged standing water around the closure. This product is intended for rain and splash protection, not underwater immersion or pressure washing.
