RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery of your item to request a return.
A 20% restocking charge is applied to all returns and customer pays return shipping.
However, if an order is cancelled prior to shipment and is a returnable item, no restocking charge will be applied.
Warranty related returns and exchanges are covered separately under DPG’s Warranty Policy.
Return Authorization (RA)
Customers must contact DPG prior to the start of the refund and return process to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and form from our Customer Service Department 800-238-3957 or Sales@dpgproducts.com
Some items are Non-Returnable and are identified as non-returnable on their product webpages, written estimates, quotations or in email communications.
Non-Returnable Items include:
- Custom Products
- Custom Printed or Imprinted Products
- EASY Partition Products
- Face Coverings and Personal Use Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need your order number or receipt.
To start a return, contact us at Sales@dpgproducts.com or 800-238-3957. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and RA form. Items sent back to us without first obtaining a RA number will not be accepted.
Returns must be shipped prepaid by you via UPS, FedEx or USPS to:

If the above conditions are not met, DPG reserves the right to reject the return and refund request.
Please remember you can always contact us by phone or email with any questions.
The best way usually to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Please contact us if you do not see a refund credit within 5 – 7 business days.
Shipping Damage Issues
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to securely package returned items to avoid shipping damage. It is very difficult to obtain credit from shipping companies for damages during shipment. Unfortunately, if returned items arrive damaged and unusable at DPG, DPG will reduce the amount refunded to cover the damaged items that cannot be restocked and resold.
This Refund Policy applies to individuals, businesses, government agencies, nonprofits, resellers and legal entities.
Refunds on sale items are permissible unless specifically stated on product description pages and sales receipts. Refunds on sale items are subject to the same conditions as refunds on regular priced items.
This Return and Refund Policy applies to items purchased online, in-store, mail order, by phone, email or fax from DAKONTE PRODUCT GROUP, INC or one of the company’s brand divisions or websites listed below.

This Return and Refund Policy also applies to items sold by DPG through third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Google, Facebook or social media sites.
This Return and Refund Policy only applies to items sold by DPG. If you purchased a DPG item from someone else, please contact them for assistance with returns and refunds.

In this Policy, references to "DPG", "we", "we'll", "us", "our", "ours" and similar terms refer to DAKONTE PRODUCT GROUP, INC, its product brand divisions and online storefronts. In this Policy, references to "you", "you'll", "your", "yours", "customer", "customers" and similar first person terms refer to individuals, companies, government agencies, nonprofits or other entity purchasing items from DPG.
DPG reserves the right to change this Policy with or without notifying you in advance. The Policy terms that will apply to your order will be those stated on this page as of the date of your order, unless superseded by specific terms mutually agreed to in writing prior to your purchase.
The Policy Terms are transferable to legal successors of either you or us, but are not transferrable to third-parties or designees.
