These heavy-duty waterproof document holders provide reusable protection for equipment manuals, maintenance records, inspection reports, calibration documents, checklists, and large-format instructions in manufacturing, marine, warehouse, and outdoor work environments.
Made in the USA from durable 8 mil clear vinyl, each holder features a resealable red-line press-lock closure and a reinforced top-center 0.25" brass hanging eyelet. The eyelet allows convenient hanging from suitable hooks, pegs, equipment, carts, racks, and wall-mounted hardware.
The highly visible red line makes the sealing area easy to locate when opening or resealing the holder. Transparent vinyl keeps paperwork readable while allowing documents to be removed, updated, and reinserted as needed.
Unlike lightweight disposable plastic bags, these heavy-duty holders are designed for repeated handling and reuse. The generous 11" x 14" format accommodates larger service instructions, diagrams, maintenance records, and posted information.

Red-Line Waterproof Press-Lock Closure
The resealable red-line press-lock closure helps protect enclosed paperwork from rain, splashes, and dirt. The red marking makes the closure easy to locate for opening, inspection, and resealing.
Using & Hanging Your Document Holder
Insert documents through the press-lock opening, making sure paperwork does not interfere with the sealing surfaces. Press the closure together along its entire length to create a continuous seal.
Hang the holder from a suitable hook, peg, or other support using the reinforced brass eyelet. Choose hardware appropriate for the weight of the contents and the surrounding work environment. Avoid excessive pulling or sharp edges that could damage the eyelet or vinyl.
Keep the closure clean and free of dust, grit, moisture, and debris. Inspect the sealing area when replacing documents. Avoid overfilling or squeezing the holder in ways that could compromise the seal.
For outdoor installations, hang the holder upright and minimize prolonged standing water around the closure. These holders are intended for rain and splash protection, not underwater immersion.

For reliable protection, fully seal the closure and keep it free of debris. These holders are not intended for underwater use, pressure washing, or conditions where crushing or squeezing could force water past the closure.
