The 9x12 Solid Back Black Job Ticket Holder is a heavy-duty protective sleeve designed to keep shop paperwork, work orders, manufacturing travelers, checklists, and inspection forms protected as they move around your facility. It can also be used as a rigid sign holder for posted messages or as a reusable checklist holder with dry-erase markers that can be wiped off between uses.

Built with a clear front window and a rigid black pressboard back, this holder replaces flimsy lightweight sleeves with a more durable, easy-to-handle holder designed for daily physical handling in industrial and commercial environments.

  • Rigid Black Pressboard Back: Features a thick 30 pt black pressboard back, also commonly described as a heavy-duty cardboard back. The solid black core helps keep inserted papers flat, adds stiffness for repeated handling, and blocks background light or visual clutter behind the holder.
  • Stitched Edges: The edges are reinforced with heavy-duty stitched vinyl trim to help prevent tearing and support repeated handling. Trim colors are available for color-coded organization and visual workflow control.
  • Dry-Erase Friendly Surface: The clear vinyl front can be used with standard dry-erase markers for reusable notes, checklists, status updates, or routing information without writing directly on the paperwork inside.
