8.5x11 Sign & Document Holder – White Cardboard Back, Single Eyelet
These heavy-duty stitched vinyl holders are designed for displaying letter-size signs, notices, identification sheets and printed instructions. The rigid clear PVC front and stiff white cardboard backing keep posted information flat, supported and easy to read. The opaque white backing also blocks light coming from behind the holder, preventing backlighting from washing out printed inserts.
Important Fit & Use Note:
This holder provides a snug, tight fit for standard 8-1/2" x 11" paper. It is best suited for signs, notices and documents that remain posted for extended periods or are changed occasionally. For job tickets, work orders or other paperwork requiring frequent insertion and removal, a more accessible, 9x12 size job ticket holder is recommended.

Clear Document Visibility
The transparent front allows printed text, barcodes and QR codes to remain visible for reading or scanning without removing the insert. The stiff white backing maintains a flat display surface and blocks light from behind, helping preserve the contrast and readability of printed information. Scanning performance depends on lighting, print quality, code size and reflections from the clear PVC.
White Backing & Color-Coded Trim
The solid 24-point white SBS cardboard backing provides structural support to keep posted sheets flat and reduces the washed-out appearance that can occur when light passes through unbacked paper. Colored stitched trim offers an additional visual identifier for organizing signs, assigning work areas and separating document categories.
Construction & Use Conditions
The stitched perimeter reinforces the holder for repeated handling in indoor work environments. Because the paper fits snugly inside the holder, this design is intended primarily for posted information rather than frequent document exchanges. The cardboard backing and open insertion area are not designed for waterproof document protection. Use a sealed waterproof holder when liquid exposure is a requirement.
