20x25 Large-Format Document & Drawing Sleeve
Protect, organize and identify oversized job tickets, work orders, production travelers, drawings, prints and other large-format documents with this heavy-duty 20x25 stitched vinyl sleeve. The rigid clear front and back keep inserted materials visible while the stitched perimeter supports repeated handling and document changes.
This version is intentionally made without a grommet, hang hole, hanging strap, magnetic backing or self-stick adhesive. Its flat-profile construction is intended for documents that will be carried, stored flat, filed in a drawer or cabinet, placed on shelving, transported on a cart or kept at a workstation rather than suspended from a hook or hanging rack.
A short-lip opening provides convenient access for inserting and removing documents without adding projecting hanging hardware at the top of the sleeve. This can make the holder easier to stack, file or store alongside other oversized documents and production materials.

Why Choose a Sleeve Without Hanging Hardware?
Many oversized document holders include a grommet, eyelet or strap because they are designed to hang from hooks, pegs or document-routing racks. Those features are unnecessary when documents will be stored flat, carried between departments or placed directly at a work area.

Rigid Clear Front and Back
The rigid clear vinyl panels help protect inserted materials while keeping printed information visible from either side. Documents can be reviewed without removing them from the sleeve, which can reduce unnecessary handling of drawings, travelers, work instructions and other frequently referenced materials.
Compatible barcodes or QR codes may be scanned through the clear surface when print quality, scanner conditions, document placement and surrounding lighting allow.
Color-Coded Stitched Construction

When Not to Select This Version
Do not select this no-hardware sleeve when the document or poster must hang from a hook, peg, wall-mounted rack, dispatch board or suspended document-storage system.
This version does not include a reinforced grommet, eyelet, hang hole or hanging strap. It should not be selected when the primary application requires the holder to support its own weight while hanging vertically.
Choose a large-format holder with an appropriate grommet, hang hole or reinforced hanging method when you need to:
- Hang a poster, sign, drawing or document from a wall hook
- Use the holder on a hanging job-ticket or dispatch rack
- Suspend documents from pegs, nails or equipment hooks
